Overview
A small-fleet logistics tool that predicts ETA using a per-route regression seeded from the last 6 weeks of GPS traces. Geofences alert dispatchers when a driver leaves a corridor.
Notes
- The regression model is intentionally simple — Pocket predictions are good enough and run in a 5MB Lambda.
- MapLibre handles 200 simultaneous vehicles without breaking a sweat.
